The Sewakhile hitmaker warned people to be sensitive as families, relatives and close friends are the ones who go through a lot. "Let's please be sensitive for the families, relatives and close friends because they are the ones who goo through the most. Let us be prayerful for the families before going on social media. I AM VERY MUCH ALIVE. I WILL DIE NOT BUT I WILL SEE THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD IN THE LAND OF THE LIVING. Thank you for all the love that you shown in my allegedly Death. I love you," she wrote.

Another TV star who has had to shut down death rumours on several occasion is Sophie Lichaba and she took to her social media to pour cold water onto the claims.

"It's heartbreaking to read messages that I'm dead. It's the second time this year this has happened and it's extremely traumatic to my family friends and especially my kids. To address the rumours I'm alive and kicking and God willing I'm not going anywhere anytime soon," she said
