The media personality introduced her bundle of joy to her followers two months ago. She just revealed that she would be returning to work after enjoying her maternity leave.
But Naomi decided to offer some advice to her followers and those who wanted to take it, would appreciate it. She said there is more to relationships and that people should not just accept waking up next to the person, rather do more fun activities to keep the spark alive.
“I don’t think waking up next to your partner everyday is enough. You guys need to actively do stuff together i.e dates, activities, etc. Things that will help you get to know your partner better and create a stronger bond between you two.”
Naomi added that this generation only wants material things when it comes to relationships and not genuine love.
“Also this generation is a ‘we keep it moving…’ type of generation when it comes to love. They don’t take anything seriously, material things and money matter the most and really think they can always do better… Basic morals like trust, respect, loyalty come last,” she continued.
Tweeps dragged her for filth:
"You also got married to him cause he has money. Stop trying to make yourself look better and being a boring 2 month married motivation speaker," said a tweep.
"Which generation had loyalty, trust and respect???? The secret families, that 1 child who doesn't look like the Dad, the abuse?!!!! Which generation?" asked another.
"But Naomi, just 5 minutes into a marriage and you have become a motivator for "this generation". It's like you belong to a better generation."
"I’m happy you finally got love at last but don’t be a relationship activist now, watching you being loved right is enough motivation. Leave everything else, as is."
"You're not gonna stay with your man when you realize that he doesn't have the kind of money you think he has, but carry on."
Naomi, otherwise now known as Mrs. Phakathi recently tied the knot to her baby daddy Tshepo Phakathi. Their traditional wedding was a beautiful sight to see and had a huge celebrity presence.
She got married at the Houghton Estate in Johannesburg. Attending the event was Lasizwe Dambuza, Pearl Modiadie, Denise Zimba, Khaya Dlanga and Lorna Maseko,
When she introduced her baby girl to her followers, she said, "My heart in human form. I can’t get over how much I love you Baby P. I pray and wish I really do right with you, that’s my plan. I assure you that I’ll never leave your side, I’ll hold your hand throughout this thing called life and love and support you.
"The world is such an interesting place…but what I know for sure is that with God, your dad and I, your siblings, family and friends you’ll grow up to be such a beautiful Queen with a good heart and strong mind. I love you, you are a big part of my happiness. Can’t get over this big bow it is so adorable!"
