The troubled singer and her sister face charges of assault after allegedly attacking the wife of Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa.
Khumalo has been charged with three counts of assault, grievous bodily harm, reckless and negligent driving, and damage to property, this following an altercation with Mandisa Meyiwa by the side of a Joburg highway.
The case was postponed to 25 November at the end of October, after the Khumalo sisters threw a spanner in the works by appointing a new lawyer, and it was on Monday again postponed to 13 December.
Senzo Meyiwa in October opened up about the cat fight that landed Khumalo in jail, and admitted that he never told the singer that he is married.
