In October 2018, HHP passed away after a long battle with depression and since his passing, his wife, Lerato Sengadi, has been open about her grieving process and the highs and lows she has been through.
A couple of weeks after his passing, Lerato took to Instagram to share how she is dealing with her loss. Lerato also shared that she has been crying for 89 days and is ready to celebrate her life:
"After crying for 89 consecutive days, mourning a love lost, on the 90th day I choose to celebrate a life l was blessed to be a part of 💖. One that has moulded me into the Queen I am becoming. Today I will play ur music for the first time in 90 days and sing along like I always did before. So if the tears wanna come back they’re just gonna have to wait until tomorrow because today I’m celebrating you Motho waka."
It seems like the media personality is slowly healing, a day ago, she updated her fans on how she is doing, 6 months after his death:
"How is it half a year already? The gaping hole in my heart & the pain that resonates from it are daily sobering reminders of a void that will never be filled," she asked.
