Mandla clears the word on his wife stealing R2.2-million

Former Gang of Instrumental member wants people to focus on his work.

According to reports found on Sowetan live Mandla N’s wife Tumi Masemola had been recently slapped with a R2.2-million lawsuit after having allegedly done unlawful withdrawals from their business account.

In a recent interview on Afternoon Express, the former Gang Of Instrumental member Mandla N cleared the air saying:

“The truth is she’s gonna be focusing on her music and I’ll be focusing on Black Brain, the business, the creative...the directing side...and it’s just a matter of a settlement deal like any other business”

The LockDown director who has produced and directed a number of shows that have kept us glued to our screens went on to say that there is no such thing as bad publicity and that he is focusing on the projects and campaigns he has lined up.

He then added that he is currently writing a film based on the media industry and how they could twist and turn what is actually going on.

“There’s a movie I’m writing about the media and things like that, it’s called bloody ink and it’s going to be really really interesting,” he said.

Now Mandla has one of the highest rated drama series’ on television Lock Down which is his first drama series that wrote four years ago which he tried to pitch to the SABC.

Mandla still contributes to the community as he says that through his production company Black Brain they employ over a thousand people launching them into the industry.

“We employ give or take about a thousand people every single year to the industry...we’ve managed to contribute about a lot." 

Working with the Department of community safety and DJ Sabby on his latest CSI campaign Asifikeni, Mandla will be launching a team during the festive season to go to various in the hopes to decrease the number of people who drink and drive on the road by providing water to help sober them up before they hit the road.
