Pearl Modiadie has spoken out about her unpleasant experience which would probably influence her decision not to make way to the labour ward any time soon.
Pearl is a mother to baby Olivier Lewatle Oppenheimer who she had with ex-lover Nathaniel Oppenheimer. Speaking about her experience at the labour ward, the trauma still visits her when she watches her birth video.
Almost 2 years in and I still can’t get over the trauma of the epidural needle insertion😖. The feeling afterwards makes up for it, but I can feel it all over again when I watch my birth video. Issa lot mate! #randomthought
Her followers engaged with her and spoke about their experiences with birth saying they still have the same problems years later.
She said the hardest part was sitting still through the whole injection process but she had to obey the rules because of the problems that might arise if you move.
"And having to sit still through all of that was the hardest, but then you think about what could possibly happen if you move so you just take it! They lied when they said that moms eventually forget the pain"
She said she still needs a back rub from time to time, "I need an intense back rub from time to time! The struggle is definitely real."
Pearl revealed that she and baby daddy broke up and she could not achieve her dream of having the perfect family. "Alone is so much better than being unhappy," she started off. “I wasn’t able to achieve my dream of having the family I’ve always longed for. But out of it came my beautiful son and for that, I’m eternally grateful," Pearl added.
But they are in good terms as she wished him a happy fathers day recently, "As unconventional as ours is, you show up every single time without fail for our son and I.
"Today is a reminder that you are a good man, a fantastic dad, you are appreciated, loved and your efforts don’t go unnoticed. You’re the best father to Lewatle and I couldn’t have chosen anyone else to walk this parenting journey with," gushed Pearl.
She shared a snap where she was out playing with her son Lewatle.

She then thanked her followers who defended her and said they can stop doing so, "To those who are defending me, please REST now!!! It’s really okay… Whatever happens I’ll still have two baby daddies, so basically there’s no point!"
