The reality show follows the glamorous lifestyle of six cast members, Ayanda Ncwane, Sorisha Naidoo, Kgomotso Ndungane, Anne-Toni Ludick Mthembu, Nonkanyiso Conco, and Nonku Williams.

According to entertainment reporter Phil Mphela, Kgomotso Ndungane has made it clear that she won’t return to REAL Housewives of Durban if the show gets renewed for season 2. Phil also revealed that Kgomotso will not be part of the show’s reunion special.
In her recent interview with TrueLove Magazine, Kgomotso told the publication that she planned to do one season and move on to something else.

“The season has come to an end and everyone is leaving to continue with other commitments. It was great to be part of the show, meeting all the ladies and the production team as a whole. It’s been a great experience. The plan for me was always to do one season and move on to something else,” she told the publication.

Some fans seem unbothered about Kgomotso’s exit. @Brooklyn_boo tweeted: “I wonder if she did some introspection and now just embarrassed to answer to all her BS. She won’t be missed Face with tears of joy.”

Kgomotso has been one of the least favorites on social media since the first episode of the reality show back in January. She has found herself catching some flack from fans several times.
The finale episode of RHOD season 1 aired last week, 16 April. The highly anticipated reunion will air at month end of April. The reunion will be hosted by TV personality Phat Joe.

Phat Joe to host #RHODurban reunion, Phat Joe will be the moderator when the ladies of Real Housewives of Durban sit down at the reunion tv special to recap their time shooting the reality show,”  reported Phil Mphela.
Fans are happy to have Phat Joe hosting the reunion. @ria_ramoloko tweeted: “Afro entire episodes I’ve been telling myself “heehee this one will burn on the reunion “, with Phat joe being the host I can’t wait. I need THOBE to come to tell us why she pulled out.”

@MarlyPurpleHe is literally the only host that does not make it about him. He calls them out, and you can tell he did his homework or at least watched the whole show. I'm stoked."
