Phat Joe has been announced as the host of The Real Housewives Of Durban Reunion! The final episode saw people's true colours finally coming to light with viewers revealing what they like or dislike about the wives. Who better than Phat Joe to spice things up and give us the much needed entertainment?

Phil Mphela revealed Phat Joe will be closing off the very first season of #RHODurban. "Phat Joe to host #RHODurban reunion. Phat Joe will be the moderator when the ladies of Real Housewives of Durban sit down at the reunion tv special to recap their time shooting the reality show," he announced.

As excited as Tweeps are about Phat Joe hosting the show, many do not know how this would play out seeing how the personalities might clash. Here's how people reacted:

"I'm worried about the clash in communication. La Conco does not compromise and so is fat Joe. I foresee some (heat) in the studio.

"All I want him to ask is " Ayanda did you really not know Nonku"? Because that to me will never make sense...

"I honestly don't like phat Joe as host, he talks too much and doesn't give the ladies time to talk or explain, he's too saucy nje hai," commented tweeps.

The ladies will re-unite on April 30 but one housewife has apparently decided to pull out from the festivities. Phil reported that Kgomotso Ndungane will not be part of the reunion special which is divided into 2 parts, and there has been not talks of a season 2.

Many viewers however are debating who would be a better host between the Cheeky Palate host and Moshe Ndiki. Moshe is known for his humour and energy that is very enjoyable to watch, so it makes sense why viewers feel he is a better match than Joe. He hosted the Real Housewives Of Johannesburg reunion but tweeps were not feeling him.

"Moshe messed up the Joburg reunion. He is not as lively and as engaging as he is with his videos and that's where I think people confuse his personality for skill. Joe has been doing this for years and knows how to engage guests and audiences meaningfully," a tweep wrote.
