Just this week, Sbahle's father had revealed that his daughter, finally said her first words after waking up from an induced coma for almost two weeks.
The news came as a great surprise to many who had been praying hard for the fitness bunny who almost lost her life after her car was involved in a horrific accident.
Mr Mpisane revealed to Isolezwe that all that his daughter has said since uttering her first words is a promising sign that she is well on her way to recovery.
"The signs of improvement are there and I am very happy, even though she's been in and out of the theatre because the Dr still needs to examine her injuries. I am very happy with how she's recovering despite the serious nature of her injuries."
Her father further told the publication that the Doctors are doing their utmost best to ensure that his daughter is nursed right back to health.
Prayers and fitness sessions all in the name of Sbahle have been happening across the country as a sign that Sbahle is in people's thoughts.

Even her boyfriend - Itumeleng Khune alongside fellow fitness instructor - Yolanda Sokhela organised a fitness session in honour of Sbahle in her hometown of KZN.
In a recent Times Live article, it's alleged that Sbu Mpisane has been informed of the alleged culprit who caused the accident and that he has shared the information with the police.
“From what I have found out so far, is that this is someone who she knows and who was with her that night before she left the club,” he told Times Live.
It's also alleged that the man fled the scene after the accident occurred.
