The on-going legal battle between Sjava and Lady Zamar just got more public.

Sjava took to social media to share some legal documents his team had sent to the South African Police Service (SAPS) however, they received no replies from the service.

The urgent 4-page letter speaks about the media's involvement in the case, amongst other things, and how the investigations were made public knowledge without Sjava being charged of any offence.

Further more, the letter reveals that some of the content published by Sunday Sun were verbatim. Indicating that the media got a hold of Lady Zamar's statement which she made to the SAPS when she opened a case against Sjava.

The Linda hitmaker's team also made mention of how Sjava was displeased at the fact that the publication got a hold of the statement.

In his caption Sjava states the documents were sent on Friday, 6 March 2020 and that the SAPS has still not responded. Also in the second letter, they demanded some answers by no later than Wednesday, 11 March 2020.
