Inside Somizi's Lavish Birthday Tour

Multi-talented television and media personality Somizi Mhlongo, kicked off his birthday celebration tour on a high note; fit for his lavish lifestyle.

The flamboyant and larger-than-life star's fun-filled birthday festivities were nothing short of amazing - perfectly fit for a king - they had most of us breathing through the wound for not attending.

Somizi is well-known for his opulent lifestyle and his taste for the finer things in life. He recently launched his own limited-edition champagne with G.H Mumm.

The first leg of his birthday celebration tour was hosted at Icon in Soweto.The star-studded line up included the likes of Vusi Nova, Dineo Ranaka, Lerato Kganyakgo and the Naked DJ.

Somizi and his hubby Mohale Motaung then descended to the balmy city of Durban and hit the famous world-class Shisanyama Max's Lifestyle scene to mark the special occasion. He was surrounded by close friends and actor Khaya Dladla. All the components that made the birthday tour daring came together beautifully and everything was just pure perfection.

Taking to Instagram the media personality thanked the owner of Max’s Lifestyle for hosting him. He wrote: “ The love and loyalty this man and his family had shown me over the years is indescribable. But it makes sense because the feeling and gesture is reciprocal”.
