Tina Jaxa is one of the most decorated actresses in South Africa, the award-winning star has been in the entertainment industry for a couple of decades and throughout her career, she has played many characters.
Although the actress has a successful career, she is leaving it all behind to pursue other interests in the business, speaking to Drum about her decision she said, “I am hoping to win my last Safta this year, it will be very special because I have decided to retire from acting and move behind-the-scenes. I want to produce and direct films as well as assist in nurturing young talent.”
We are going to miss seeing this talented actress on our screens.
