Twin sisters Owami and Olwethu Siko are in mourning following the tragic passing of one of the Biyela Twins, Thabani Biyela. Daily Sun reports that Thabani who starred in Twice as Bold, was allegedly gunned down on Tuesday 9 August.

The Siko twins shared the shocking news on their Facebook page. In an emotional post, they bid farewell to the twins "How do you say good bye to your twin ? We are shuttered as Siko twins to say Good-bye to one of the Biyela Twin…..What a sad day . It’s ok not to be Ok. Kufa awudeli yhoooo , What a day Jehovah."

Thabani's twin brother, Sakhile, confirmed to the newspaper that his brother is no more, "I can confirm that my twin is dead, it happened today. Unfortunately I am nit in a position to disclose any information right now and we would like some privacy as a family.," he said.

Olwethu added, "We were imformed of Thabani's passing by a close family member. We are saddened by this and we are still trying to digest it. We were planning so many things with the Biyela twins! We were going to do a music video with them for their song "Imali," for instance. We were also hoping to include them in an upcoming episode of Twice as Bold, but now this would be impossible.”

The Biyela twins gained popularity after appearing in the first season of Twice As Bold. The 13-part show follows Olwethu and Owami Siko, as they search for one husband. They get to meet different men and go on dates.

Speaking to Daily Sun they revealed that they were courting the two sisters.  "We are currently courting the twins. We have never had group sex, but we are open to a new experience." he told the publication. Sakhile said even though they are not wealthy, they promised them love and good sex.

"Unfortunately, we are not rich, but we can guarantee them love and good sex," said Sakhile. According to Thabani, they were open to the idea of having a group sex." We are Zulu men and use the sex booster, sizochatha, to make sure we satisfy in bed. We also don't think there's nothing wrong with group sex. It's nothing to be ashamed of because we share one soul.”

Taking this relationship to the next level, the Siko Twins said if the relationship worked out, they were  planning on switching partners periodically and to provide them with an allowance of R30,000 a month that they will split equally.

Speaking to Daily Sun, they clapped back at haters who are constantly bashing them for searching for love again.

"People are calling us sluts, whores and loose women with no morals but we have done nothing wrong. We are just looking for a husband. Insults will not stand in our way because we know what we want. We will not be discouraged."
