Shoba Sentenced To Life Imprisonment For The Murder Of Tshegofatso Pule

It has been over two years since the death of Tshegofatso Pule, but finally her killer has been sentenced. A life sentence has been handed down to Ntuthuko Shoba for killing Pule, who was eight months pregnant at the time of the murder.

The 33-year-old former employee of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange was sentenced today at the Johannesburg high court. Acting Stuart Wilson who handed down the sentenced said “You will spend the rest of your natural life in prison unless the parole authorities consider you fit for release in the fullness of time,”

Tshegofatso's lifeless body was found hanged near Florida Lake in Roodepoort with stab wounds in 2020. The murder was orchestrated by Shoba with the help of a hitman, Muzikayise Malephane, who shot and hanged her.
