Reinhard Mahalie Is Coming For Everything

Namibian-born fashion stylist Reinhard Mahalie, is well known for his impeccable work ethic and consistently excelling in fashion. Reinhard developed his passion for fashion at the tender age of nine and he has never looked back.

The 29-year old who hails from the dusty streets of Mariental in the south of Namibia, has been making boss moves lately in his career. Reinhard has solidified himself as one of the respected movers and shakers of the Namibian fashion industry.

He has worked with numerous celebrities in the country and wherever he shows up he turns heads with his good looks and stunning outfits.

Reinhard recently bagged the African Male Fashion Stylist of the year award at the Designer Africa Awards in Lagos and made history by becoming the first Namibian creative to make it to the list of Forbes Africa Under 30 list 2021.

He recently had a chat with NAlebrity to share more about his upbringing, sexuality, 2021 plans, and how he wants to take his brand to the next level.

Reinhard who is openly queer says his childhood was colorful and accepting his sexuality at a young age played a huge impact in navigating through life to become the person he is today.

“I had one of the best upbringings. I am so grateful for how I was raised. I would not have been the confident and ambitious person I am today. Growing up queer, knowing and accepting myself was easy for me to “navigate” through life to be where I am today,” he explains.
