Somgaga said his newest business venture will cater for every single child no matter their physical appearance, or age. He revealed on his social media that this project has been on the pipelines for some time now.
"Its been over a year working on this...and I have faith that Mamas and Papas are gonna love this. #SompireKids launching very soon. Clothing range for the happiest kids of Africa...for the smartest, confident, proud, joyful, prettiest, most handsome, tall, short, light, dark and all body types of amazing children...More details to follow soon," he announced.
Somizi's first project under the Sompire umbrella was his collaboration with Bathu to create his very own sneaker designs for his #BathuXSomizi collection. This successful sneaker brand, Bathu, was founded in 2015 by entrepreneur Theo Baloyi whose success allowed him to open 16 stores nationwide.
Bathu can be very expensive though with some sneakers costing a whopping R300K. Somizi's range though which includes diamond, silver, ruby red and gold, cost only R1800.
Somizi seems to have much more under his belt and he hinted that with his social media post, "Next level, from a TV show, to cookbook, to jet, to yachts, to restaurants. Your dreams should scare you. Ain't no stopping me now, I’m a child of God. The son of my ancestors. If it doesn’t kill you, it should make you richer."
Another star who is looking to start yet another business venture is his friend DJ Zinhle.
Just a week after announcing the opening of her flagship store for Hair Majesty, DJ Zinhle revealed that she is also looking to start a fragrance company that does not fall under Era By DJ Zinhle though.
This fragrance line will be a new addition to her companies namely, an accessories store called Era By DJ Zinhle, to a luxury furniture company called Jiyane Atelier, to being the CEO of Boulevard, then owning her own hair company - Hair Majesty - and having opened two physical stores for Era By DJ Zinhle.
Zinhle was not joking when she said, "This year I’m working harder that I’ve ever work."
Zinhle recently had to tell her trolls to leave people's kids out of their hate for the adult. "Guys when you nyisa us, please leave our children and families out of it," she warned. This comes after her family got dragged into a social media debate when she said she wants to ensure a healthy blended family between all her baby daddy's and their families. For the sake of their kids, Asante Mohosana and Kairo Forbes, everyone must get along and Zinhle will make sure of that.
