The world knows it, and it seems entrepreneur and serial adventurist Thebe Ikalafeng is making a point of pushing #MadeInAfrica, because as he often aludes, it's Africa's time in the global design spotlight. With his afro-modernist approach to style, Mr Ikalafeng often accessorises in locally produced jewellery, shoes, and adds hints of afro-inspired gems in his everyday sartorial pursuits, and we love it!

His Instagram is peppered with travel adventures throughout the African continent, and it seems he never forget to pack his collection of African designer shirts. Here he is seen with children at a Maasai homestead in Kenya.

New African Magazine once named Thebe one of 100 Most Influential Africans, and it seems even the boardroom is no deterrent for Thebe's championing of all things African.

Africa is even wrapped around his wrist with this bracelet from a brand called Marone, made in Senegal with Angolan stones.
Now, cava the combo with these shoes by shoe designer Reggie Xaba of Durban-based brand Ifele...

Ever a patron of the arts, we also dig these moments of Thebe with revered Ndebele artist Mam' Esther Mahlangu...

And he's so casual about his love for the continent too...
