Minister of Transport Fikile Mbalula, left the masses rolling on the floor with laughs when he expressed his shock over Rasta’s painting.
The painter who is notorious for his controversial portraits of celebs who have passed on, did not get it right even this time around. Rasta painted Fikile Mbalula but the final product failed to accurately depict his subject.
Responding to that Filkile disapproved the painting and expressed his shock.
