Former Generations Actress Fezeka Katise Graduates

Congratulations are in order

Graduation season is upon us and we can't help but be inspired by all the graduates on our Twitter feeds.

Another belt in the bag for the Katise family as TV actress Fezeka Faith Katise has announced that she has graduated.

Fezaka is a talented actress who was showcased her acting talents in numerous TV productions. The child star is known for playing the role of Precious Yengwa in the SABC1 drama series Mfolozi Street and she has also acted on Generations.

The actress took to her Instagram account to share pictures from her graduation ceremony and she looked stunning in a grey suit. Her brother Mbulelo Katise congratulated her on his Facebook account.


The Scandal actor wrote "When God shows off he does it in the most amazing way for real! Well done to my sister Fezeka Faith Katise !! She just bagged her BA so +1 more graduate in the household a moment to be grateful for. .Yours truly, A proud brother.


The pair has definitely made their parents happy and we hope they are beaming with proud where they are. Mbulelo also graduated this week and he took to social media to share that he is now a qualified filmmaker. "Let me leave this right here. Officially a qualified filmmaker. Thank you to the most high God for his blessings throughout this journey. Thank you to my family and friends who have been nothing short of amazing throughout this journey," he shared.

The actor recently ventured into music. Speaking to Daily Sun in 2021, he revealed that he has always wanted to do music but he was scared to pursue it.

“I’ve always loved music, but I was always scared to pursue it. I was trying to sideline it and do things like manage artists and write songs for people. And finally in 2018, I decided to go with it,” he told the publication.


“I threw myself in the deep end. I went to a radio interview, and they asked why I don’t do music and I said the next time I come for an interview, I’ll come with a new song. And my next interview with them was in a matter of months. So, I had to start working. That’s how everything started,” he added.


Its truly inspiring to see young actors taking their academics serious.  Another one who recently graduated is Bahumi Madisakwane. The actress bagged a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Her father Somizi took to his Instagram account to share how proud he was, “There was a time I thought I’d never live to see this day ... So proud of her ... the first to ever graduate in our family ... Congrats baby girl. He also joked that it is now time for her to pay back all her school fees which he paid over the years, starting from this coming Monday, which totals to more than R2 Million.
