Lioness Reveals Why She Enjoys Working In Mzansi

Her work ethic is unmatched

Namibian self-proclaimed queen of rap Lioness has become a regular neighboring artist who enjoys working on her music videos in South Africa. The rapper who recently released her music video titled One Time told The Namibian, that she shot it in Cape Town because she wanted a change of scenery.

Lioness collaborated with Willy Monfret on the music video and she pulled out all the stops to make sure it was a stellar one.

“I decided to work in South Africa again because I was based there at that time and wanted something different. I wanted a different scenery for my work, from what I normally do in Namibia. I also felt that I have already exhausted my options in Namibia,”
she said,

She said working with the crew was amazing as she gained knowledge on how they shoot music videos, “I was not just an artist. I enjoyed working with talented people after such a long time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is important to work with people from outside your home town because you learn from them. You learn about what their quality entails. I do like to learn from other people,” she says.

Lioness recently reached another exciting milestone in her career after she revealed that she has graduated. The rapper-turned doctor revealed that she graduated cum laude and we are very proud of her.

"The struggle is over, two years of hard work and dedication, and these beautiful ladies carried me through," she captioned the story.
