At the event, Kolapo expressed gratitude to PDP leadership and party members for the confidence placed in her. In his remarks, PDP governorship candidate Oladipupo Adebutu described Kolapo as a politician who is competent, experienced and dedicated. He said her emergence would improve the party’s chances and strengthen the ticket ahead of the election.
