An ambassador and founder of the Zee 1 for YAYI Support Group, Ibrahim, said the organisation is intensifying efforts to rally voters at the grassroots ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship contest in Ogun State. Ibrahim said Senator Adeola embodies the qualities he believes are required to lead Ogun State, describing him as a “tested leader” and “proven performer,” and characterising him as “a governor in waiting.”
He added that the senator has repeatedly demonstrated leadership capacity through interventions in key sectors, including education and healthcare, along with initiatives aimed at youth empowerment, infrastructure development, and community-based projects in different parts of Ogun State.
“Senator YAYI has touched lives across the state through impactful projects and people-oriented programmes. His record of service speaks for itself, and that is why many Ogun residents believe he is the right person to lead the state in 2027,” Ibrahim said.
Backing for the YAYI–Kudirat pairing and grassroots campaign
The Zee 1 for YAYI founder also praised Alhaja Kudirat Adegunwa-Balogun, saying she is an accomplished professional and successful entrepreneur whose experience, he believes, will strengthen Senator Adeola’s leadership credentials.
He said he is confident the YAYI–Kudirat ticket is a strong team positioned to support purposeful governance, economic expansion, and long-term development for the people of Ogun State.
Ibrahim added that the momentum for the APC governorship ticket across the state is driven by what he described as residents’ trust in Senator Adeola’s ability to build on existing achievements while advancing inclusive development.
He further disclosed that the Zee 1 for YAYI Support Group has started consultations and grassroots engagements in multiple communities. The aim, he said, is to sensitise citizens about the vision and programmes of the APC candidates before the election.
“We are prepared to mobilise, educate and engage citizens from ward to ward and community to community in support of the APC and the collective vision for a prosperous Ogun State.
