There was a time in the world of South African television, when TV producer Nicky Greenwall totally slayed the prime time slot!


Television shows such as, The Close Up, Screen Time and The Showbiz Report remain a few iconic shows that were brewed from Nicky's defunct TV production company, Greenwall Productions.

The Showbiz Report saw Nicky Greenwall slowly taking up space within Mzansi's entertainment industry.  ETV housed a gem with this show, hence it brought in impressive numbers for the channel.

After garnering enough strength and self-confidence, the then 30-year-old Nicky made a bold transition, by flexing her muscles in exploring the behind the scenes of Showbiz.

At this point, Nicky could no longer be valued only as the talent but also the brains behind ALL the content that was curated from her production company.

The South African entertainment landscape has seen a flurry of TV presenters come and go, and some hardly ever stand out, due to lack of originality. But there was something refreshing about Nicky Greenwall's delivery that truly made her a marvel to watch.

That crisp voice and natural flair that she displayed when interviewing her guests solidified her as an incomparable TV Host.
