According to her, the injection she needed to take was not available here in India, and it was part of the immunosuppressant she was supposed to take. However, it is available in South Africa.
"I apparently need injections to curb this recurring infection before the transplant if they clear up, BURKHOLDERIA CEPACIA,this infection will affect the new lungs as well so the transplant would be a total waste and chances of me living after transplant is zero," she tweeted.
Taking to her Twitter account, she showed off her new tattoo. The 65 roses art said it would be a constant reminder of all her wins. "I came here for new lungs but it didn't go as I wished so I got this art of 65 roses as a constant reminder of all the wins I got as I bow to my continuous fight. This is the closest to the hope I had of a close to normal life. Today I chose my warrior self,' she wrote. Her followers took to the comments sections to show love to her. @Yvonnerimbo replied "Yes the OP didn't happen but you are alive..for that we see God in you...may He continue with you darling ...we dont know how He is go nna do it but we just choose to trust Him..we have no choice..He is our only hope ..He is with you Pilo that we can testify."

Nompilo recently left her fans heartbroken after she tweeted that she had given up her fight against cystic fibrosis. Despite her illness, she didn't think she'd take any more medications or take any chances to improve her condition.
"I might be going back home next week because the needed injection is not available here in India, which is part of the immunosuppressants that I am supposed to take. But, it is available in South Africa. But, at the same time, I don’t think I still have that will to take any more medication or to take any more chances of giving me hope to get help, and keep on the fight,” she said, fighting back her tears.
“For me, honestly, I am done with medication. I am just gonna let God do His will and take each day as it comes because, no, no, no I have had enough of the fighting. It’s time I get selfish and just think of me, nobody else. Next week I am coming back home. I don’t want to take any more injections, I do not want anything, besides me taking each day as it comes until God decides that I should be joining him and his disciples,” she said.
She tweeted the morning reassuring her fans that she will not give up fighting. “Hi guys, Sanibonani, thank you for the messages and the love that you guys showed me yesterday as always. I’m not losing hope, I am not giving up but I am just exhausted and I need rest guys," she shared.
