Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Ibrahim said momentum for the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship contender is building steadily, arguing that the senator has the experience, political organisation and community backing needed to win the upcoming election.
He added that “nobody can stop YAYI from becoming governor of Ogun State,” while pointing to what he described as expanding support for the senator across the state’s three senatorial districts.
Ibrahim, who leads the Zee 1 for YAYI movement, said the group will keep mobilising backing for Adeola and will work to advance his candidacy among residents and key stakeholders throughout Ogun State.
He urged supporters to stay committed as the election nears, stressing that their approach should remain peaceful and focused.
Ibrahim portrayed Adeola as a candidate capable of strengthening ongoing development efforts in Ogun State and providing leadership with clear direction if elected governor.
He also urged voters to evaluate the qualifications and policy plans of all candidates before casting their ballots.
Continuing, the founder of the support group told members of Zee 1 for YAYI to deepen contact at the grassroots and to carry the senator’s message of development and inclusive governance to voters across the state.
Ibrahim concluded by reaffirming his role in the YAYI project, saying the movement will continue working to broaden support for the APC candidate as the 2027 election approaches.
