
Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola’s 57th birthday has been marked with praise for his public-service record and contributions to Ogun State.
A record of service and representation
In a goodwill message, Tella said Adeola’s time in public office had reflected commitment, perseverance and sustained concern for his constituents and the wider population of Ogun State.
He portrayed the senator, popularly known as Yayi, as a public official who recognises the value of dedication, effective service and producing practical improvements for citizens. Tella said the birthday provided an occasion to honour both Adeola’s life and his work in public service.
Tella also highlighted what he called the senator’s involvement in several areas:
- support for youth development;
- advancement of education;
- economic empowerment initiatives; and
- engagement with communities at the grassroots.
He said these efforts had the potential to make a significant contribution to Ogun State’s development and prosperity.
Experience in the National Assembly
Tella said Adeola’s time in the National Assembly had deepened his grasp of governance and the responsibilities involved in legislative representation. He added that the senator’s experience would remain an asset to both Ogun State and Nigeria.
Speaking for his family, constituents and the people of Abeokuta North State Constituency, Tella congratulated Adeola on reaching 57. He prayed for the senator to receive greater wisdom, good health and the strength needed to continue serving humanity.
