Actress Simphiwe Ngema has been through a lot of heartache in the past few years, but she has been labelled as a strong woman by many people who have watched her inspire even in her darkest hours.
The actress and singer recently penned a heartfelt love letter (in the form of a song) to her late husband Dumi Masilela.
On Friday she took to Instagram to continue to inspire by sharing a video of one of her coping mechanisms on days she feels like she is crumbling.
"Cry it out, dance it out, get it out of your system. It’s okay to feel what you feel when you feel it. It just means you’re alive," she captioned the emotional video.
On other days, Simphiwe is joyful... and we love it!
