Creatives are rapidly waking up to the idea of boldly stretching out their artistic presentation across various mediums within the Arts.
One such creative is one of South Africa's innovative television and radio broadcaster's, Thabo Molefe, commonly known as Tbo Touch to the masses. This time around the father of two has shifted gears to enhance the acceleration of his media company, Touch HD.
Recently, Tbo Touch announced that his company has converged with the free to air television channel, Soweto TV. Shooting has already commenced and new shows are set to start airing in May 2019. These new changes will be carried out by highly reputable Producers, Directors and Scriptwriters.
However in an article on Isolezwe, Tbo Touch mentioned that, though there are tried and tested employees in the team, young and aspiring creatives are welcomed to lend their talents and skills to the revived version of Soweto TV.

The official launch of this highly anticipated move in the world of television is reportedly on 29 April 2019.
Upon contact with Soweto TV's Station Manager, Mandla Ncinitwa confirmed that indeed new shows will start airing in May 2019.
Tbo Touch promised to deliver the hottest morning show, The Take Off on channel 251 soon. And also added that support from fellow creatives in the industry would be highly appreciated.

Below is a trailer of one of the shows on the channel, The Take Off, which will be hosted by Touch, Carpo More and Kamo from 6am - 8am.
Taking to his Instagram account, he posted the following:
''The wait is over, im back on TV channel 251 everyday 6-8am #TouchHD & Soweto HD presents the #Takeoff and I brought my team with me! We are launching 6 more shows all local in HD. Golden Horn, Oscar Spell my name right it’s T-bo Touch. #whatatimetobealive.''

This new and groundbreaking venture is seemingly the way to go, as it was earlier reported that Touch HD is set to be liquidated. The company was accused by Boomtown Events of not adhering to their side of deal regarding not paying the R190,000 that was alleged to have been owed to them.
Tbo Touch has since rubbished these reports, as he publicly stated that his company will not be shutting down anytime soon.
