Kwanele South Africa was set up at the beginning of 2021 in a response to the struggle of so many women dealing with gender-based violence. During lockdown, domestic abuse and gender-based crimes were thrown into the spotlight as the numbers were exacerbated. KSA seeks to provide the victims of gender-based violence with innovative tools to ensure fast access to help and ongoing support alongside the justice system.
