World renowned DJ Black Coffee has gained residency at Konka Soweto. Fans can watch him in action on Mzansi Magic as he will be at the Soweto club on December 11 and 18.

The DJ recently made headlines after he decided to give back to the poor school going children. He recently took to three township schools and gave away uniforms and school shoes.
Black Coffee went to three schools in KwaZulu-Natal namely, Windy Heights Primary in Isiphingo, Umlazi schools Qondokuhle Primary and King Shaka.
The DJ spoke at the event and said he aims to change the lives of the poor. It is also reported that the schools had recently honored him as well.
"Every child deserves a Christmas present but we are focusing on essential needs.They say it takes a village to raise a child. With this donation I don't feel like a saviour but a helper that worked with a team," he said as quoted by Zimoja.
When he won a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album for his album Subconsciously, he dedicated the album to the black African child.
"I remain in awe of God’s grace and mercy; because I did not prepare a speech for the ceremony, with this post I would like to extend my gratitude. I thank God for the gift of music, for blessing me with a beautiful healthy family, a wonderful group of friends and fans from all corners of the world," he said.
"This award is dedicated to my kids who have had to put up with me being on the road working on this Music. I love you, thank you for your unwavering and unconditional love. You anchor me @esonaaaaa to have dedicated my first album to you not knowing what it would yield and I also dedicate the award to every African child who has a dream of excelling in anything they envision, I want to affirm that it is all possible," he ended off before thanking more people.
"Wow, I don't even know what to say. I want to thank God for the gift of music and being able to share it with the world and heal some souls. And to be able to help people deal with whatever they are going through in life.
"I wanna thank my team...not going to be able to mention them all. I wanna thank everyone who was in the album, from Msaki in South Africa, to David Guetta who had believed in working with the smaller artists like myself, and for trusting me and trusting my year.
"I wanna thank my fans and people who follow what I do all over the world, I wanna thank my family and I wanna thank my children," he says as he introduces his first born son Esona to an enthusiastic crowd.
