The media personality replied to a tweet from one of her followers this week who asked her when she’ll make a comeback to the airwaves.

Matheba told the fan that while she appreciates and understands they miss her on air, she doesn’t actually have answer to the question and never knows how to answer it as she’s extremely busy with her alcoholic brand, House of BNG.  The media mogul replied:

“I never know how to respond to this but my wine life is a BIG STORY ... colossal!”
This isn’t the first time that Matheba gets asked this question as some fans have even suggested she begins a YouTube channel or a podcast just so that they can see or hear her voice daily. Some have even gone as far as comparing Matheba to Rihanna who hasn't gone back to music since becoming a successful businesswoman, while some suggested she goes into acting or does Instagram stories for 30 minutes a day just so they can see.

Here were some reactions from Matheba’s reply:

"Focus on what you love Queen! We still luv you!"

"Has the Queen considered acting ?
Guys we need to sign a petition to bring bonang back to radio." Bonang replied: “It will never happen...Lol!”

"O buwa nnete."

"But you said you're gon be on radio this year."

"Kanjani B open a BonangFm ke then we can use your voice as a jingle."

"Queen is getting the bag and she ain’t gotta run around like that no more .... but come on YouTube ke once in a while or do more interviews keh.... something...Somethunnnngggg (in ur own voice)."

"I was saying this to my friend over the weekend that we need Queen B back to the airwaves."

"Please come back to radio..."

The media mogul also previously opened up about her successful alcoholic brand which took Mzansi by storm to TshisaLIVE in an interview:

“The entire journey has been incredible, from the initial idea to production to becoming the first black woman being a member of Cap Classic Producers Association,. to seeing the first bottles on the shelf and then the most recent reveal of the Prestige Reserve at the Sun Met 2020.”

“Entering the luxury beverage market has had its challenges, of course, but through strategic planning with a clear vision and a great team who understood all the logistics, it has proven a success. There are many moving parts so you have to keep your eye on everything all the time.”
