This past week our favorite Moโ€™Ghel did the things when she announced the launch of the House of BNG Nectar. The release made her one of the first South African MCC brands to release a canned version of her popular MCC sparkling wine range. The move was strategic and well-timed considering that the world was going through it with the pandemic and money being tight. With the release of the new range, she halved the price of the House of BNGโ€™s previous releases and everyone was here for it.

Sis also made it a point to not entertain the conversation of who owns House of BNG, which detractors of her light tried to cast a shadow on.  This is despite her profile clearly stating that she is the founder of House of BNG. And as members of the B* Force reminded us that it does not matter who owns the brand because sis is clearly getting her bag, and who is mad at sis securing a bag. Already, the brand was the biggest selling alcoholic beverage for Woolworths so she is clearly unbothered.
With her celebrity launch she served influencer heaven. The event was attended by the crรจme-de-la-crรจme of the South Africaโ€™s most popular and influential influencers. The A-list influencer guest list included Sarah Langa, to the surprise but very necessary presence of Mihlali Ndamase. Despite, there being suggestions that the two do not get along due to Mihlaliโ€™s relationship with what seems as Bonangโ€™s former friend, Nadia Nakaiโ€™s ex from the Major League DJs. The two hit it off with Mihlali already planning their matrimonial.
Now the star is set to host the public launch of her House of BNG Nectar at the Rockets Menlyn in Pretoria. And it seems it did not take long for the venue to sell out. Her fan page made it official with the latest post that all the tables have been reserved and the event is already sold out. It is the same thing with the first roll out of the sparkling wine cans, people took to social media to show themselves spending their paychecks finally getting their hands on the canned goodie.
