The lockdown has caused Cassper Nyovest to dwell on his weight gain after years of working on his body.
The rapper's weight loss journey has been one of the most celebrated in the country and he has been doing the most to boast about his hard work by showing off his abs as many times as he can.
Now, with the lockdown restrictions thrust upon us, and with no freedom to visit the gym and workout freely, Cass has gained some of his weight back.
He shared his trick on how to lose weight and maintain it, saying it is all in the food a person eats.
"My weight fluctuates but the key is to learn about food and to be honest with yourself. Can't be eating what you're NOT supposed to eat and wish for results. You have to completely stop the rubbish for at least 12 weeks to see drastic results. Then its a maintenance thing," he advised.
Instead of being disappointed, he has looked for ways to possibly make money from his weight gain instead.
"My ability to gain weight needs to do something for me at some point. Isn't there a competition somewhere in the world nje where I can eat burgers, pizzas and sushi and just become a champion and win money?" he asked his 2.7 million followers.
Cass went on to say he wishes he was part of the Bodi tribe from Ethiopia who compete to become the fattest.
