Cassper Nyovest is an award winning South African rapper who is not only recognized for his music but also for being one of the first South African artists to fill up South Africa's various stadiums.

Cassper Nyovest's age


Cassper Nyovest - real name -  Refiloe Maele Phoolo was born on the 6th of December 1990 in Montshioa North West, he is 28-years-old.

Cassper Nyovests father and mother


The rapper's father is Mr Letsebela Phoolo, a teacher who has played a very pivotal role not only in Cassper's life in general, but in his career as well.

In 2017, Cassper recorded the song - Superman dedicated to his father. The song was a thank you gesture to a man he has looked up to since he was a little boy.

The song features legendary singer - Tshepo Tshola and the video had cameo appearances from rappers such as Kwesta and the late HHP. Cassper's dad also features in the video.

Cassper's mother is Mrs Muzuki Phoolo, she also appeared on Cassper's "Mama I made it music video." and has attended various media interviews with her son to speak about Cassper as a young boy, his brand and many other things she's always loved about her son.

Cassper Nyovest's house


In 2017, Cassper purchased a house for his family retailing at R10 million.

Speaking to Tshisa Live the rapper shared that the house came with a state-of-the-arts studio and many other elements that he just loves about the house.

"We got a new spot. It has so many rooms. I have place for everyone. I still haven’t digested it [having a new place]. We also have a new studio at the new place and an entertainment area." He told the publication.

Cassper Nyovest's cars


Being one of South Africa's most successful rappers comes with a lot of perks like being able to afford the most expensive cars money can buy.

One of Cassper Nyovest's first cars after his success was a BMW 428i.

As he continued to be successful in his music career his cars became more bigger and more expensive.

For touring purposes the rapper then purchased a Merc mini-bus.

Cassper Nyovest girlfriend


In November 2018 it was reported that Cassper Nyovest had allegedly paid lobola for his rumoured girlfriend, Thobeka Majozi.

However in one of his interviews, Cassper denied that he paid lobola for anyone, the two have neither denied nor confirmed that they are dating.

Cassper Nyovest had an on and off relationship with media personality - Boity but the two eventually ended things in 2017.

Cassper also dated Amanda Du-Pont for a brief moment, their relationship received more media attention after they shared a kiss on stage at the 2014 Channel O Music Video Awards.

However, it may seem like the two might've had a nasty breakup after Cassper Nyovest called out Amanda in his single - Power Couple/ Super ex.

"All I have are these memories of how we used to make love and how we used to promise each other we’d never break-up. At least you never cheated like Miss du Pont.”, the lyrics read.

Cassper Nyovest was also rumored to have dated Lizelle Tabane back in 2016, but neither of the two confirmed that relationship.

In 2017 according to The Net Worth Portal it was estimated that Nyovest was worth R9,55million. He probably is worth much more now.

In 2018, Cassper made it to the list of Forbes Africa's 30 under 30 list.

Cassper's Brand brand alignments

According to Africa Facts Zone - Cassper Nyovest has had endorsement deals with MTN (R10 million), Ciroc (R30 million), Samsung South Africa (R25 million). He featured in a KFC South Africa commercial, and had a partnership deal with AG Mobile in 2015-2016, which led to him having his own cellphone release.
