The family of late South African rapper Costa Titch, has released a statement to confirm his death.

According to reports, the 28-year-old rapper died on Saturday night after collapsing while performing at Johannesburg's Ultra Music Festival. News of his passing started circulating on social media before midnight.
According to various media reports, the rapper reportedly suffered from epilepsy, a brain condition that causes seizures. On Sunday morning, the Tsobanoglou family expressed their sadness at losing their beloved son.
"Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), who South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name "Costa Titch." It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time.
Additionally, the family has personally thanked the emergency responders who rushed to his aid shortly after he collapsed.
