Lamiez is no stranger to body shaming but the confidence she exudes puts others to shame. She posted a picture of herself wearing a zebra print bodysuit and exposing every 'imperfection' on her body. But she saw her haters coming for her but she gave a subtle clap back.

"After reading the crazy comments under this post, I decided to use this opportunity to TEACH," she started off.

Lamiez gave an educational clap back as to why she refrains from editing her pictures and said dark inner thighs can happen to anyone literally anyone.

"There’s a reason why I didn’t edit or use a filter to hide my thighs simply because...Dark skin on the inner thighs can be experienced by anyone, regardless of skin tone. It occurs when the skin on the inner thigh produces an abundance of melanin, a pigment that gives skin its color."

"This is called hyperpigmentation. The discoloration of dark inner thighs may even stretch into the bikini or groin area. Black child, it is perfectly normal and okay," she said before putting her trolls on blast.

"And to everyone else, before ong phaphela (before you become forward) or anyone else for that matter- ask yourself gore “Ke tsena kae” (what does that have to do with me?) I don’t have a problem with it, so why should you????"

She even posted many other pictures of her flaunting her perfect body!

Lamiez is not the first celebrity to be mocked for having dark inner thighs, and certainly will not be the last. Makhadzi also caught the wrong end of the stick when a photographer decided to be vile by posting undesirable pictures of her.

She even had to apologise for her natural body, "I would like to apologise to all my fans if only if you really disappointed about these pictures...There were lot of beautiful pictures that the cameraman was gonna post, but he choose to post this to promote his brand but forgetting the damage he is doing to my soul...I know I am strong and all this will pass...Unfortunately I cannot change my inner part. I am like this and I am proud," she said.

"The only thing that you people are doing is to try to edit my pictures nikhonanisa mafhungo .. yes I am strong but my family and friends they are not strong as I am...seeing them crying about edited pictures really break me and affect my me badly. I would like to ask everyone who react with this picture and edited pictures that you are planting something that can affect me badly...I humble my self politely to ask everyone to stop humiliating me...I don't have energy to block you I love you all," she wrote and then proceeded to promote her album.

Lamiez also got trolled last year but she told young girls how to be body positive.

"My name is Lamiez Holworthy and this is ME in my purest form. I’ll be damned if I edit my pictures to appear tinier or to hide my cellulite or stretch mark or two.

"You know why? I am tired of women (young and old) putting themselves under unnecessary pressure because of social media and it’s fucked up standards! Imagine trying to look like someone who doesn’t even look like themselves?!" she said.

Lamiez as a public figure, has many women looking up to her so she could not be bothered by people who troll her.

"I am a public figure with millions of followers- most of who are woman of all ages and it is my responsibility to show them that it is OKAY TO BE NORMAL and that NO ONE can use your flaws against you when you make peace with them.

She then said she does look after her body but it is just the way it is and she is happy.
