Minister Fikile Mbalula's Unsavory Tweet Angers Scores Of People

Tweeps have since called him into order for being tone deaf

Controversial Minister of Transport Fikile Mbalula has angered scores of people on Twitter following his unsavory tweet about the current power crisis. Tweeps have since called Minister Mbalula out for being the most tone deaf member of the government.

Minister Mbalula has been called with all the names in the books but his nonchalant behavior is what has recently rubbed a number of people of Twitter. Following President Cyril Ramaphosa's State Of the Nation Address about plans to appoint a new Minister of Electricity.

Power crisis, outage and load shedding in South Africa is still a very on-going and unsettling thing. And to have Minister Mbalula making light of the situation is what has rubbed people the wrong way.

Scores of outraged tweeps have since lambasted Minister Ramaphosa for his tone deaf behavior and making light of the current power crisis affecting livelihood in South Africa.

"Fikile Mbalula refuses to fold despite everyone finding that post insensitive. I had no issues with the man, but right now he's just being a doos." wrote Reach Mnisi
Despite a number of tweeps asking Minister Mbalula to take down his insensitive tweet, he has not. Instead, tweeps are now calling him out for making things about him as he has paid AKA's house a visit amidst the tragedy, when he is not Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture.

"Fikile Mbalula meeting AKA's family is less about him showing compassion (since he is neither Minister of Police or Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture) and just Mbalula wanting more attention by inserting himself into something unrelated to his job." wrote Brandon
"I can see Fikile Mbalula has taken from that useless minister of Funerals,Nathi Mthethwa,until today the minister of Funerals has been very quiet but AKA was killed,as a minister of condolences and Funerals has not visited AKA family or issue a statement what is happening?" wrote Mlando
