In 2019, Loyiso was promoted as Channel Director of TBN in Africa. Speaking about his achievements at TBN on Instagram, he said he managed to grow viewership and also launch two more channels.
“April officially marked the end of a magnificent 5 years at TBN Africa. I would like to express my thanks for all the support and opportunities of growth the organization has given me during this time. Being part of TBN Africa’s success and seeing it grow into a key market leader in Christian Media is something I feel very proud and honored to have been a part of.
“During this time, I have had the opportunity to increase viewership, maximize advertising by over 400%, initiate a successful VOD agreement, launch an additional 2 channels and initiate and lead the organization's digital and brand strategy.”
Loyiso said his next mission is to explore new opportunities,
“It’s been a pleasure working at TBN Africa and with great people, in particular Karin Van Niekerk who became the backbone for these achievements, Byron Heath who is the most talented Creative Director that I’ve ever worked with, and Darius Koekemoer who was very instrumental in inducting me to the workings of the broadcasting industry.
“I am excited about the next chapter in my career and exploring new opportunities in the Business Development, Consultancy, Digital Transformation, and Education industries. God Bless you all!”
His family and friends took to the comment section to wish him the best for his future endeavors. His wife, Jennifer Bala wrote: “Proud of you baby, for all your hard work, dedication and selflessness. I know you put your heart and soul into everything that you do and it shows. I’m still here, always by your side supporting you through each chapter.”
Loyiso has done so well for himself. He has over 10 awards under his belt including the South African Music Awards (SAMAs), Metro FM Awards, and a South African Television and Film Award (SAFTA).
He has previously served on the board of the Southern African Music Rights Association (SAMRO), South African Music Performance Rights Organization
