It was only a matter of time before Metro FM take actions against veteran radio presenter Mpho 'MoG' Modise. This comes after his disgracing video being manhandled on made rounds on social media.

Popularly known as Mo G, radio presenter and DJ Mpho Modise has been axed from Metro FM. According to entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, the stations has decided to part ways with Mo G due to material breach of contract.
"Metro FM has fired Mo G. According to a statement from the station, his contract was terminated due to material breach of contract" wrote Phil MphelaBe that as it may, Mo G's being exited from the stations comes shortly after he was making rounds on social media, where he was seen having a disagreement which landed him being manhandled and strangled by a guy called Jabu Brown. It was reported that early this month, Jabu Brown gave Mo G his BMW car to test drive before being featured on Let's Talk About It with Mo G segment, which focuses on cars.
Failing to return the car of the stipulated time, Mo G landed himself in a predicament where he was manhandled outside a venue where he was playing. In a video that was circulating on social media, Mo G can be seen as having too much to drink and even the police were called to the scene. However METRO FM has stated other reasons for his exiting from the station.
"The South African Broadcasting Corperation (SABC) has parted ways with Mr. Mpho Modise, also known as Mo G. This follows the termination of his contract, due to material breach of contract. METRO FM Business Manager, Ms. Kina Nhlengethwa stated that "METRO FM will communicate in due course who will take over the show and a big thank you to the team who has held the fort during this period" wrote METRO FM
Tweeps are certainly not buying what METRO FM is selling following Mo G's exit from the stations, Taking under Phil Mphela's comments, tweeps have stated what they think is the real reason for Mo G being fired.
