Nomasonto Maswanganyi who was popularly known as Mshoza has reportedly died. News of the Kwaito Queen's death sent shockwaves across social media platforms and messages of condolences are pouring in.

This morning, her very close friend Khanyi Mbau broke the news of her passing without revealing any further information. "REST IN PEACE MY LOVE . I am tired 2020," wrote Khanyi. The late Mshoza passed away in a Johannesburg hospital this morning, 19 November 2020. Earlier this year, Mshoza allegedly contracted the Coronavirus. Cause of death at this point is not yet known.

The 37-year-old is survived by her two children, her son Jacob Junior and her daughter Pride.
