Musa Mthombeni and Thuso Mbedu are one of Mzansi's most loved celebs, the pair set the timeline on fire with their playful romantic exchange and fans want them to start dating.
Following Akhumzi Jezile's funeral, Musa took to Twitter to share a moment that happened at the funeral when his mother walked up to Thuso asking the actress to give her son a chance.
In a recent interview on Metro FM, Musa elaborated on the scenario further by saying: "At my friends funeral, after the cemetery, we came back to Rhema, where the lunch was being served. I see Thuso, and I'm like: 'Hey babe whats up?'...but I had just left my parents, so as I come around, and she [his mother] says: 'Is it her?'. So she took it upon herself to go up to Thuso and they have a discussion about Lord knows what...then she comes back and says: 'Musa, do your thing."
Musa then went on to reveal that he and Thuso have known each other for many years, "Thuso and I are friends, I've known Thuso for seven-eight years already, we were at Wits together..." he said.
