It looks like she's also found another passion - making workout videos. She's definitely a fitness junkie.
Mrs Schammel, who gave birth to her second child in July, has been sharing her exercise clips on Instagram. Now we know how she got that flat stomach just a few months after giving birth.
When you want a change. You make a change. Not an excuse. We're visiting the in laws and you know that holiday feeling of absolute chilled vibes. That's exactly how this week will go down. The bed was incredibly warm this morning but chose to not press snooze button but instead to get up while the house was quiet to get that workout in. Holidays come and go. And goals remain goals.
Maintaining that flat stomach
I get a lot of questions from other moms about how to tighten loose skin or what I do every day to maintain a flat stomach. So here's what I don't do: *I don't diet *I don't count calories (too much work) *I don't go to the gym (I'm a homebody) The I DOs: *I do eat clean 80% of the time *I do eat 6 portioned meals a day *I do workout for 30mins a day (6 days a week) Here's a quick preview from my workout tonight. Looks simple enough until you try it for 60sec each side during a full workout session. Give it a shot during your show's commercial😊

A certain little Missy wants to be held all day today:) this makes for a challenging workout little Zuri! 😊 My new accountability group started today and already we're off to a good start👊 One of my challengers started a week with her superfoods, clean eating and workouts, she's already lost 6lbs and a few inches around the waist!!!!! A pretty insane start considering it's a season when most people are packing on the weight! 21 more days of this challenge and I have no doubt that her transformation is going to be insane!
