Idols SA twins, Viggy and Virginia Qwabe are huge favourites to bag this year's season of the singing competition ( individually) but they also face a lot of bullying about their looks.
According to TimesLIVE, the twins have clapped back at haters who call them ugly in an interview with Drum Magazine.
"I've never seen a talented person not make it to Idols because they were called ugly. Talent counts- beauty can be bought," Virginia said
Virginia also said that beauty is relative and it is not their problem if you think that they are not beautiful. The twins explained that they were raised well and trolling someone else for their looks is not a part of who they are. They are all about using their talent and spreading love and positive vibes. We love the confidence!
"At home, our parents, family and community give us the love we need and we have enough to share it with people who are unhappy. We were raised to love and respect people," Virginia said.
While trolls will be trolls, the Qwabe twins continue to impress and do what they do best every week and their supporters are always singing their praises.
