The Tanzania hitmaker has inked a major deal and she continues to prove her haters wrong. When Uncle Waffles first shot to fame, she was accused of being famous only because she played Young Stunna’s Adiwele hit song continuously at groove.

But, she is not just a DJ who rocks the turntables. The eSwatini native is slowly building her brand and it is beautiful to see. In the course of her career, Uncle Waffles has toured several countries, and she is currently at the peak of her career. It is without a doubt that sis has solidified herself as Mzansi’s most sought after female DJs.

Not only has she gained fans across the world but one fan who stood out from the rest is Drake, who constantly gushes about her on social media. Her rate card recently caused a stir on social media.

Her rate card indicates that she charges R80K per hour for indoor gatherings. For outdoor events, she charges 120K. For festivals that are international she charges $25000, which is R420 760, and clubs she charges $18 000, which is R302 947 in rands.

Uncle Waffles has taken to her social media platforms to reveal that she has joined the Jägermeister Africa family as an ambassador to the brand.

Although she is constantly winning in her career, Uncle Waffles is no stranger to social media drags. From time to time, she tops the Twitter trends list as trolls lash out at her. She recently had to shutdown rumours that she is a transgender.

This is after she was photographed with social media sensations Coachella Randy, Kagiso Mogola and Kamohelo Pule, who are openly gay and social media users speculated that she was a transgender.

The DJ took to her Twitter account to slam trolls. According to her, trolls are strange and now she needs to prove her sexuality through her physical appearance.

“Real question. What do these picture prove? Instead you’re trying to bring down people who have nothing to do with this. I now have to prove my gender based off of my physique and based off of a rumour? You guys are so weird,” she wrote.

She went to show love and support to the transgender community. “You can’t always have something to say. I’m a proud ally of the trans community, always have been. Y’all, without fail will always have something to say.”

“Let’s also remember that just cause someone is a public figure doesn’t make them your friend. Singajwayelani em**imba.” she wrote.

But, just recently she came out as bisexual. During the Instagram live session, she answered some questions her fans had, one of which was related to her sexuality She shared with her Instagram followers, “I am bisexual, but I am currently in a heterosexual relationship, Stating that she is currently in a relationship with a male partner.
