But one of the consistent things she has managed to maintain is becoming a sex symbol for many local and international celebrities. Specifically, Canadian rapper Drake. Not only did Drizzy Drake follow Uncle Waffles, but he has also shared her via his Instagram stories. It was also believed that once-upon-a-time that Drake had offered to fly the viral sensation just to meet her face-to-face.

That video was the introduction of what will be one of the biggest stars to come out of COVID-19 and out of the Amapiano genre, and that artist was Uncle Waffles. Whose real name is Lungelihle Zwane.
Today marks exactly a year since the alleged 30 minute set that she was not meant to play, but became her biggest blessing. Taking to social media, Uncle Waffles, who has had a tumultuous relationship with Twitter went on to thank all the fans and support she has received.
Moreover, her loyal fan base took to the timeline to congratulate her on her one year milestone since becoming a household name due to a viral video with over 5.3 million views and counting.
