Zola 7 Reveals His Celeb Crush

Singer and radio personality Unathi Nkayi took to Instagram to give producer, Dj Cleo a shout out for supporting her and being a great friend throughout the years.

In a video the Dj posted on Instagram rapper Zola 7 is talking about how the bass and beat for Sana Lwami, the sing he did with Unathi, came about. Apparently Dj Cleo is the mastermind behind it.

Unathi was so happy to see the video, reposted it and told us a little bit of her back story with the two entertainers.

Waking up to THIS @djcleo1 THANK YOU so much. So people don’t know we’ve been friends since 1997. We met at Rhodes where you’d frequently come and play. Then it was THIS song and YFM. They don’t know we are very competitive on the squash court and murder ANYTHING insight at boxing😂

In the video Zola admits he had a crush on Unathi and Unathi concurs and says she also had a crush on him but didn’t act on it.

As for uBonginkosi…..😩❤️😂On a serious note I owe him my music career. People don’t understand how we never dated😝He had a crush on me and I him BUT we were both too shy to do anything. (Well even today I am unable to make the first move and hit on a guy but I digress) I guess that’s what speaks to our chemistry in the song and the video. I love you BOTH DEEPLY❤️
