Trevor Noah turns Donald Trump’s tweet into a hilarious film plot

The Internet has been in a tizzy over the word “Covfefe” after U.S. President Donald Trump sent out a seemingly incomplete late night tweet.

There have since been countless articles speculating what the word “covfefe” might meanor what the President may have been trying to say as well as an endless stream of jokes but Trevor Noah’s skit for Comedy Central’s The Daily Show is by far the best Covfefe joke in existence. 

In it, Noah stars beside fellow comedian, David Kibuuka in a Queen of Katwe-style film trailer in which a young African man (with an ambiguous country of origin) grows up confused about the meaning of his very unique name: Covfefe. 

Then, one fateful day, he sees a news report about Trump’s tweet and goes in search of Trump to finally find out what his name means following White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer’s explanation that the President and a small, select group of people know what the word actually means.
