The entertainment commentator and media personality have had enough of each other and yesterday was an indication that there has been a core issue bubbling between the two.
The war of words began when entertainment blogger/commentator - Phil Mphela shared his opinion about Bonang’s response to the tax-fraud allegations printed by Sunday World. Bonang’s representatives revealed that Bonang would be suing the publication for defamation of her character.
Phil caught wind of the story and shared his opinion on the matter.
He tweeted:
“My thoughts: Moghel should’ve just let this go. It’s tabloid and responding & suing only gives the story traction.
Furthermore, I don’t think it’s wise for her to be waging a war with journos. Her influence is waning and she needs positive coverage to stay at the top.”
Bonang did not take kindly to Phil’s comment and responded by telling the entertainment commentator to go f*** himself.
Phil was taken aback by the comment a bit as he thought he was blocked by the media personality, to which Bonang responded that she had not.
Everything went downhill from there on.
While some of us were sleeping, the two continued with their war of words and it seriously got ugly
Bonang's comments touched a nerve and Phil responded with a stinging reply that steered the Twar into a whole new level of beef.
But one tweet between the two that has the most reactions at the moment was the Sun City tweet. If you're wondering why Sun City is trending, it's because of Phil.
The entertainment commentator had threatened to tell a story about what had happened between him and Bonang in Sun City back in 2012.
After the Sun City tweet Phil kept quiet, leaving Twitter users in despair as they desperately wanted to know what happened back in 2012 in Sun City.

So far, Phil has simply tweeted something about a TV show with the hashtag #BehindTheStory.
Will Phil eventually disclose what happened at Sun City? We'll just have to wait and see.
