Taking to Twitter, expectant mom Kelly Khumalo slammed mothers who send their kids to invade in other people's personal space. She was out enjoying her meal when kids came at her table to ask for a picture.
“Why would you send kids to someone’s table edla (eating) to ask for a picture and you already taking a video, usubulisiwe (I already greeted you) already read the room? Ayaphi amahloni nemfundiso? (What happened to pride and teachings from home?) What are you teaching the kids? Zihlonipheni (respect yourselves) man,” she tweeted out of frustration.
Kelly is currently expecting her third baby and the pregnancy hormones might get the best of her. Her sister Zandile Gumede expressed excitement over being a mother again.
“I am elated, the baby couldn't have come at a better time. I love kids, my sister’s kids are as good as mine. I was very hands-on in raising both Thingo and Christian. So, I would love to do the same here, however, I know it will be a bit tricky since we are now based in different provinces and now have my own family, but I will definitely try.”
Kelly got dragged for her pregnancy but Lamiez recently put people in their places who trolled pregnant women.
"So I’ve seen the comparisons, compliments and even jokes about pregnancy and whilst I count myself very lucky because I haven’t experienced any drastic physical changes(although the abdominal pains, swollen legs, nausea, migraines and hormones are showing me real flames) I simply don’t like the jokes attacking other pregnant women," she started off her post.
"Truth is, No one has control over how they look or even how smoothly their pregnancy goes and to be subjected to the demeaning words and unnecessary verbal and emotional abuse isn’t fair," she continued.
"ANY woman who carries life is a superhero with superpowers in my opinion and should all be celebrated and embraced regardless of how they look. There is no manual to this life thing and the least we can be is kinder because take it from me - pregnancy is no walk in the park! You’re literally risking your life to carry and bring a healthy, happy and normal child in to this world. And that? That makes me admire every single mother and those carrying life," wrote the musician.
