When Lulo Cafe' released his hit single "I wanna Love you" featuring Nothende, clubs & radio stations had the song on high rotation for months on end.

Laced with Nothende's silky smooth vocals, the single quickly reached the top of the charts in no time.

The song was released in 2010, but fast forward to 2016 and it may seem like the song has brought Nothende little to no financial joy.

In the past week, Nothende, like many of us tend to do, took her frustrations to Facebook to let the world know that since 2010, she has not seen a cent come into her bank account after the songs release.

"6 years later and I still don't understand why the people from Soul Candi (& affiliated parties) have not paid me a single cent. for the international sale of "I wanna love you."

Not a single cent.  But the song is on so many compilations across the globe, for sale. That means SOMEBODY is making money from all those international remixes." She said.

The singer even went on to mention that to this day, she was never given the correct publishing credentials for all the international remixes of the song.

Lulo Cafe addressed the issue on Twitter after being probed by his followers about Nothende's claim. He said that he would look into the issue and speak to his publication to tell his side of the story and insisted that he has nothing but respect for Nothende.

According to Just Curious Nothende has since received the assistance of a man who goes by the name of Zukile Mangwana to help with the finance issues she has with regards to the single.

Hopefully all parties involved have since reached an agreement and that Nothende has been paid for her creativity.
